"First of all Frankie is very honest and that's what I admired most. He tried his best to get the oil stain a first time and it went away but when it dried it came back. Not as dark as the first time but it was still there. He did say that if it came back he would come out and try new ways to get it out. I was doubtful because it's hard to find humans That actually tell the truth especially after they've been paid, but I contacted him and he stuck to his word and came back 2 days later to do it again.
